About Letisha Lall, LCSW
Hi there and welcome!
I’m Letisha, an Indo-Caribbean Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My work is rooted in the belief that your story is more than just symptoms. It’s your values, your relationships, your culture, your past, and your hopes for your future.
I believe therapy should be both affirming and transformative. Healing happens when we feel safe enough to tell the truth, explore our history, and try new ways of being. Your lived experience, your intuition and your voice matters. I don’t see you as a diagnosis, I see you as full human. My practice is inclusive and welcoming of all identities, and I honor the intersections of culture, race, gender and spirituality so you feel truly seen.
I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, identity exploration, and the constant pressure to be “everything to everyone”. Many of my clients are women, professionals, new parents, or first-generation individuals balancing multiple roles and feeling the weight of it all.
In our sessions, you’ll find a space that’s compassionate, grounding, and deeply personalized. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what’s been going on, and uncover what you really need to feel more aligned in your life.
My approach blends evidence-based practices with intuitive, whole-person care. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Informed Principles. I also incorporate Psychodynamic insight to explore patterns that may quietly be shaping your experience.
Whether you are seeking tools for change, space to heal, or simply a place to be seen, I am here to help you build a more aligned and meaningful life.
Let’s work together to support your growth – mentally, emotionally, and beyond.
